Welcome to Seaway Thai Spa. By booking an appointment or visiting our premises, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Cancellation Policy

We highly recommend booking your therapies in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request a minimum of 2 hours' notice. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times to ensure the next guest is not delayed, and the full treatment price will still apply.

2. Medical Conditions & Disclaimers

Our therapies are designed for general relaxation and wellness. They are not a substitute for medical treatment. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or if you are pregnant prior to your treatment. Seaway Thai Spa holds no responsibility for adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions.

3. Professional Conduct

We are a strictly professional, government-licensed therapeutic facility. Any inappropriate behavior, requests, or misconduct toward our therapists will result in immediate termination of the session with full charges applied, and may be reported to local authorities.

4. Right of Refusal

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, exhibits inappropriate behavior, or poses a health/safety risk to our staff or other guests.

5. Pricing & Offers

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Taxes are applicable as per government regulations.
